Main problem of scripted RC was that it was not working when npcserver was down, but when it is added on the login server then we don't have that problem

The functionality of external RC and scripted RC are expanded at the same time. Right now we are adding new requesttext/sendtext options for editing player attributes, weapons, chests and flags separately. With scripted RC it was not really possible until now, and with external RC there are more and more problems with the old method (limited length of flags etc). So we solve two problems at the same time.
