Lol, you really have no idea. Malinko is a terrible Manager...period. His personal life does not need to reflect on how he acts on a video game.
Take a look at this scenario:
You're a GP on a server and a kid is hacking all over the place 'causing problems. You go to ban him and he gives you this pathetic sympathy story of how hard he has it IRL. You might as well not ban him right?!
