I see no reason why you cant work on more than one server. Maybe he likes to work a lot. The only risk of allowing it though is that it could lead to having levels, gfx, scripts, etc stollen from one server and used on another.

I also agree that it should be up to the manager of the server to decide whether or not staff are allowed to work on more than one server or not.
