I signed that petition. I will stand with what I did still, as I believe I made the right choice. And the reason is not Bjorn's character, or his professional display. It is the lack of bad choices being made. A manager must be all of these, and most importantly have the motivation to go above and beyond their work and try to improve what they are responsible for. I have yet to see this in any staff, but it shines on bjorn greatly.
If you consider a manager next time, think about the whole structure of how you develop a game. It is flawed. A manager needs leadership skills above all else: self motivation, the ability to motivate others, the ability to prioritize projects, the ability to create and observe as projects are completed. This has not really been practiced by graalonline administration as of yet when seeking a good candidate for manager. |
