if one kingdom has better stats on a shield than the other, more people would opt to go to that kingdom. say somebody wants a str+1 shield and Dustari is the only kingdom who has that shield. They would probably try to join that kingdom for the shield. if all the shields have the same stats from the different kingdoms then it wouldn't matter which kingdom they go to.
my example is when they released the KJ shield, and Samurai boots. many people came into samurai just for the events. also, how many people joined CP back in the day for the pirate shield with Str+1, when it was one of the only shields with str in it?
my idea is that all the kingdom shields should have the same stats.
all the kingdom helms would have the same stats, but stats that differ from the Kingdom shields an other Kingdom items.
