spell bug on water?

I dont know if this has been talked about, but i didnt see a thread about it so oh well. Anyways there is a way people can cast spells above water continuously so you cant get to them and attack them unless its with another spell. Im sure this is a bug but im not sure exactly how it works. But people like endlessx and darkgod have been abusing it in order to try to kill me. Its rather annoying. |
