There is no relevance to the problem here.
The relevance is clear. Having the privileges on a authorisation level is not equivalent to being allowed to do something, and this is reflected multiple times in GraalOnline policies.

I have sufficient understanding of the situation to come to conclusions about the staff's position on the situation. I am not personally interested in kingdoms politics and will not assume any position there. So insight into Alarico's intentions is not necessary.
