We should not force the players to download default images everytime they log on because someone wants to use a file with the same name.

I, honestly, think we should only allow playerworlds to upload files with a certain prefix. Ie: on Mana Realms I use mana_ or nw_ on N-Pulse you would use np_ or something. Then have the custom graphics download to a folder in the levels/* folder. That way theres no way people can overwrite existing graphics and no one will be confused as to where graphics come from.

Is it that hard to just rename the file to np_sprites.png instead of sprites.png?
