If those changes are instated, then the damage shouldn't be much of a problem, seeing as how it's pretty much countered now. The only reason it should NOT be 9 damage is because of its smaller clip, slower firing rate, and the fact that it's a mind-throbbing revolver. C'mon guys, get your **** together, and stop arguing with so few manners.
