Okay, perhaps Zero should've said the
good artist and the
good viewer interprets them. Bashing art is pretty senseless if the art is actually done seriously. An artist should always always
always be looking for improvements until he declares the work 'done,' which definitely should never be before s/he does a few revisions of it. And a critic of art should be very meticulous about what is said. If you mindlessly praise the art, it gives the artist nothing to work with. If you deconstructively criticise it, it discourages the artist. So the simple solution is to simply look at the art objectively, searching for things that could be improved without throwing too much personal bias into the critique.
