RoW's are mearly going back to thier old value. A few years ago nobody had RoW's there was just a couple floating round the game from stores, but then ALOT were spawned by some high up people and sold to the players probably 100 or more, this caused the price to go wayy down and ever since then RoW's have slowly been going back to thier old value as people move on and quit this of course is a good thing. |
