RoW's---What's the deal?!?

What is the deal with RoWs. Have they stopped spawning in shops or not? The price of RoWs is inflating like crazy, and people are hoarding them for that reason thus making them just inflate even more. Bjorn? Sam? Anyone want to confirm whether or not we'll ever see another "RoW IN HIRATHIA" mass? |
