I doubt you need a total of '5' PWA members inspect your playerworld in order for it to pass. Im sure you just need to pass your NPC DB inspection, and Graphics inspection now, but hey i could be wrong.
To get PWA members attention, posting a thread like this, or forum pm'ing them would do no good.
Support Tickets get answered very frequently, so i suggest you try it atleast. What can you lose?

I doubt that'll happen anytime soon..
I do agree about the inactivity of the PWA members (Not the whole team) though. I would hope they put up a PWA Application soon.
