Yes, for Kingdom leaders or Generals that need help. Ksay could be used to summon kingdom members attentions when they don't look at the playerlist or are purposely ignoring most all pm's.
Ksay is also good for event announcement in kingdoms and other RP events where you need to talk to only your kingdom, even the ones not on tag. |
