Okay that seems a bit dumb. IMO EVERY support ticket deserves at least ONE reply. Every ticket should get a closing comment before closing it out.
Even if one of the correspondences back and forth between the person responding says "Okay I fixed it" The last response should be the results of the ticket. IE:
"GuildCP error reported has been fixed by Ibonic on 04/02/2006. Problem was guilds with ID > 20000 were not saving right to the database etcetc"
This is so we can go back to tickets and see whats been done, etc. So I sure hope if this is the case (what you say about sometimes people view and dont even respond) that this is fixed because its not right. |
