It's not more relaxed, it's what NGR was before that stupid link rule. I say stupid because it's such a useless addition. In 2005 we had no problems with links, why all the sudden block them off?
It was the retarded links rule that gave birth to the retardified NGR to begin with, which then led to a private NGR. So in the end we're not more relaxed, we just get a private version of what was already available last year and earlier this year.
This forum may be for Graal but that doesn't mean that it
should only be for Graal. It hasn't been
only for Graal for many years and there have been no problems.
