I'm not really hip to the whole internet url/link language. Saying No URL's to other sites other than Graal related sites should sum it up?

An HTTP URL follows the pattern http[s]://host:port/path?query#anchor. According to the current rule, we get to paraphrase URLs. For example, "via your web browser you can open a connection to forums.graalonline.com (tcp port 80, but you know that), to send a request /forums/forumdisplay.php, passing forumid=84 as a query!" is no URL at all. Pretending it was not Graal related, it would still be
technically allowed on the forum. Hell, we could even come up with a pseudo-format like path?query#anchor@host:port and it would be legal according to the rules.
What you
probably want to say is "You are not allowed to refer to the internet apart from Graal".
