The rule stated that we are not allowed to use external links anywhere on the forums, as I understand it this "Relaxed" Forum, will still be a forum. There was my concern.

Have you even read the rule? I know you have to have seen it at least once by now, it says
No external links on graal forums, this relaxed forum will still be a
GRAAL FORUM.
