There already is a pretty
decent one. I got Twusk to modify the original Scripted RC a bit for me while we were on 2k1. The file management didn't work last I remember, and I couldn't modify players' attribuites or anything... So it was pretty much a glorified staff chat tool.
If you're a Mac user here you're pretty much going to get the short end of the stick; even though you do pay just as much as the Windows users do.
