Are you using Windows XP? I'm assuming that if your computer is only a year old that it is.
Anyway, go to:
Start -> right click "My Computer" -> Properties
If you're in the general tab, look under "computer" on the bottom of the window and tell me what your processor is and how much RAM you have.
Once you've noted that, go to:
Hardware tab -> Device Manager -> Display Adapters
Note what it's using (Video Card or integrated graphics) and post everything I told you to look for. |
