I would need some more information really: when does he see a black screen, is the computer getting a black screen (reset?) or just the Graal window, is it in offline mode or only when connecting to the serverlist, or only when connecting to a server (which server?). What operation system is it, what graphics card, could he post graal4console.log etc. |
