It just looks better at a slight diagonal. Because if it's totally sideways then you should only see one foot, and it really looks dumb with only one foot showing. The old ones didn't make any sense because you saw two feet and only one eye. I fixed it.
It's not like that angle hasn't been done in sidescrolling games or rpgs before. =P |
