Early in the evening, Archimedes was presented with a strange letter by Captain Solstice Katueu. It had no unusual markings, no official seal, no peculiarities about it whatsoever. It was just simply addressed, "To Padren." He reckognized the name, and tucked the letter into his pocket - still sealed. There was quite a commotion going on in town, as several villagers had gotten into a fight over god-knows-what reason, and it was rather hard for him to get from one side of town to another without getting nearly sliced to bits in the fray. As he was leaving, though, he nearly stumbled over a large vase that was set beside a building. He peered in, and discovered that a young, mildly disheveled boy was hiding inside. The fighting got continually worse, and he beckoned the boy to come inside to safety after they'd made introductions. Trindras remarked that he was in search of Padren; the same person being adressed to in the letter Archimedes recieved.

After learning about who Trindras's father was, he accepted Trindras into the clergy under one condition - since there were no higher athourities in the clergy, he would have to study under two of Dustari's finest mages, Masters Shawn and Edwin. Quickly, Archimedes signed and sealed the Clergy Acceptance Letter, and sent the lad on his way. What influence his coming may have is anybody's guess.
