We should make some rule where when you're building your house, you need to talk to the mayor/councilman/architect of the town and get it approved by them. For some reason, there seem to be quite a few incomplete houses nowadays. Aren't we suppose to check to make sure all materials are actually in possession of the person BEFORE they start building? It would clean up the incomplete houses a lot. |
