I don't see the reason to complain at all.

If you want to buy a playerworld and develop it, then follow the rules. It's not too hard x-x. If you don't want to develop the playerworld, then don't buy it in the first place if you have an issue with certain rules. As it says within the rules and what unixmad said within the thread in a post, the rules were made for a reason.

Of course, I understand that you wish to just discuss the rule, but I don't think the Playerworld Administration is so forceful about this rule that if we see a non-development staff position, that we fire him/her.
