OK... so lets make a situation.
Your a new person to graal, lets say, on for 6 months, and have been selected as a Googly Race Emperor. You have been trying to control your little Googly members but they keep on abusing you and other Kingdoms start to call you names, and say how bad you are at RP'ing.
You have always been dedicated to your Googly Empire and so rightfully deserve your position but you keep getting knocked HARD by others who believe they are better than you.
You are so hurt by all the tormentation that you are almost breaking down.
One day, some new RC person decides to help you out, and messages a PM to all graalians while his RC tag is off and he is not on duty.
Would you be complaining? Would you be saying "thatperson abused his/her RC"?
