anyway, i first tried to disconnect it to get it working again (worked once before  ) then i tried shuting it down from the admin panel, then restarting it, that didn't work either. Now there are a few weapons that use a timeout, but i don't think the NPC server does. It depends on if a script on the serverside is doing too much in a given space of time.
Also check for while () loops that haven't been used effectively.
