I just updated my drivers and I'm not having problems with it any more.
EDIT: As for certain situations...it seems to only happen on servers using classic bodies. Servers like Zone, GK, Atrius etc don't have this problem. It also seemed like to take on the body of another player you needed to be within a certain distance or something. |
