On an unrelated note, GraalDesk simply will not let me create or use a support account. Moreover, it says that *NONE* of my e-mails are in the GraalDesk database. Excuse me, but if I created FxChiP_OldBaddy as a support account, it's going to be going to
[email protected],
[email protected], or
[email protected], and probably even
[email protected].
So I can't register FxChiP_OldBaddy, FxChiP (because I don't know which e-mail I registered it with and therefore can't change its email), and I have no other Graal accounts. I already forked over for OldBaddy. I want my "FxChiP" account unbanned, but I can't do it without filing a support ticket, and I can't file a support ticket without a login, and I can't create a login because I already created one that somehow
doesn't have my e-mail address. WTF!?
Because I'll inevitably get a "why not create a new one or re-pay with FxChiP_OldBaddy." The question is "Why should I
have to?" What is so deviously unsimple about unbanning an account and changing the e-mail address? I'm honestly surprised the account still exists, since it hasn't been in use for
at least three freaking years.
