now im not really a un person, i know more zone...but i can answer this

2. i dont think you can by why would you want to? its strangely hilarious XD
3.ap = alignment power (im pretty sure power anyway), its the colored bar on top of (im in school right now so i dont remember if its top left or right, but youll know wat i mean) your screen, if you attack players your ap gets lower and eventually, if low enough, you cant heal fully (1 of the consequences, i dont know if there are any others) if its high enough youll heal fully (obviously), just play the game but dont attack players. if you get your ap to 100 you can get the dark ring. good stuff
