Owners of event items should have no right to pass it on to a friend. It will make all of you "Friends" unbalanced, more so.

and unbalanced friends im assuming u mean, um....lets c....who...um cares? if i had an event item, like...blue pistols, and i wanted ixi to have them (pretend like hes doesnt have em)...um...then i should b able to give that to him...who cares wat other friends think? tough
