Another way to use this would be too: Right click your desktop, goto the Web tab then select "View my active desktop as a web page" then click New. It should bring up a window with an input.

Copy then paste "http://forums.graalonline.com/forums/ticker2.php" into it. Then click ok. and then You will need to check it in the tick box, click apply. Then it will show up on your desktop.

When you've done this, go back to the Web Tab again. and click properties on the Graal link thing and unselect make available offline.

This will be placed on your desktop. and it can be moved around and resized etc. (this is on Windows 98 SE)
