The head only works on maloria as far as i can tell (have not tried other servers but i doubt it will work) but phantasmagoria helped me with the issue, as lance stated, unless their is a rule by the server administrator for that playerworld claiming private playerworld heads cannot be used, i have to follow it.
Since there was no existing rule then it was alright for me to keep using the head even though i was being asked by this other player to remove it. (this player was not an administrator for the server or graalonline, so i can bluntly ignore further claims, thanks everyone for the info, i appreciate it
