Run the bomb/arrow/money count down the side, under the weapon box... have the numbers displayed out over the player's screen instead of within the gui, that way you wont have to worry about the tycoons running out of space. use Black text with a white outline for the numbers or something so the numbers can be easily read no matter where the player is (Like the mouse cursor is).

Solid HP/MP bars would be more appealing than those cloudy ones you have now, if you ask me... Perhaps some shading to give them some depth. You shouldn't need the HP/MP labels either, most people assume that red is health, and blue, or green is magic.
