All you need is the material and the flag.
You place the flag down where you want it and the king or anyone else of the kingdom with 'house (H)' rights approves it. Wait to lay it down until you have them there with you to approve it because people can just walk up and pick it up. You don't have to be a member of the kingdom unless for some reason that particular king of that kingdom is making house owners be members, but I don't know of any kingdom that has that rule. So you got fed bad info, all you need is the material and the flag. |
