I dont see a sense in items that exists on inactive old accounts or/and on the server, but not in use.
The Heart shield of health looks nice and has not that great stats: con +1 speed+1 ac+1 armour +7.
So if someone pays 2000 diamonds for it it's his decide NPC give you 150 plats. And for all other things I posted my opinion on
