I think some other good ideas are this:
- Don't give all staff FTP, they don't need it anyway (No not even all LAT, only one person in the LAT and the admins should get FTP.
- Always discuss the hiring of people with all your staff, this can take a long while but will prevent the hiring of people someone doesn't like and will probably get rid of the bad applicants too.
- Make some good tests which someone has to do if they want to join your staff (Make GP's fill in a form with a couple of questions what they would do in certain occasions, make LAT's send in a few of their levels etc.)
