yeah bluerifle is easily dodged if the first shot is a miss.. getting up close is impossible though (if you use knife / shotgun or like to close range fight..) because up close that stream is so fast that it takes off a large portion of your hp before you can react. so i guess it forces long range.. which is kind of annoying. appirces do slow you down a bit.. who knows. ive tended to notice the spread weapons are better then straight lines for the most part..
