The RP admin would have to be (preferably) someone neutral to the outcomes of RP affairs on GK, someone in the same vein as Stefan, Unixmad or Björn who really don't play the games but keep abreast of what's going on [don't interject with disparaging comments towards the three aforementioned individuals, please]. Otherwise, anyone who is invested in a certain kingdom/power struggle *and* is RP admin will naturally be biased in the direction of his/her agenda. Since I consider RP to be a client-side issue, really, I wouldn't see the need for an RP admin if everyone just plays fair. But, yeah, that's not happening.
