If you do not have a 17digit transaction ID number, as proof of ownership, please list as many of the following as you can:
1) Any 3 digit ID numbers (
www.graalonline.com > login > members area > subscription history)
2) Current IP/Internet Service Provider (e.g: Roadrunnder/ Comcast/ BT)
3) Past IPs/Internet Service Providers
4) Guilds you are in/were in
5) The last time you were online, and on which server
6) Nicknames you use online
7) Any 'onlinetime' on servers that you can remember roughly.
8) When you create the account (year/year+month)
9) E-mail set on the account
10) Any changes made to the account at your request (e.g: Request for past e-mail changes/unbans)
With this information we then may be able to process your request, or help you with your problem.
