Your existance on Forest would have to be accepted by Forest. By what you're doing, anyone could RP anything they want at any time anywhere.
Hell, right now by your RP, I could start a Zormite colony on North BO, Gryffon can start one in West BO, Bosh can start one in South BO, and Zurk can start one in East BO.
