Man, there are a lot of old memories... heheh. I hope to make fun new memories with my revised server.
I'm going to be upgrading my account again shortly (since I found out I can use neteller to upgrade). Then I'll actually be able to post more than once per day... and I can actually get on private servers.
Hopefully Stefan will hook me up with a server... He said he needs to get things worked out with the current 2k1... I mean they have TWO servers and neither of them are in use, as far as I know. (g2k1 and g2k1 dev)
I just can't afford a server right now, nor do I feel like paying to revise 2k1. I'm trying to make a server that will help get Graal back on it's feet. I don't think I should have to pay MORE money to do it... especially when there are free servers that aren't being used.
I'd use Oasis, but then that would mean Oasis is done for good, because I doubt I'll ever want to pay for a server, and if 2k1 uses the Oasis server, I can't work on Oasis, and I won't have a free server for it. What I'd like to do is focus my work on 2k1 right now, get that released and running for a while, and THEN consider picking up where I left off with Oasis. But at that time, I don't want to have to rent another server and re-upload everything. So I dunno, we'll see what happens I guess. I hope Stefan comes to a conclusion soon at least. Then I can know what I have to do.
