If you destroy your own server, spark should have no right to restore it and give it to someone else. I want my server dead forever..no one should restore it.

Stefan really had no right to take Zone. That's why I think he rescripted everything lol.

Yeah but what about Acting Managers. Many times Managers that werent the originals have gone corrupt and deleted a bunch of things, at that point it isn't their server to take to the dead without permission of the buyer.
Theres a whole load of circumstances, o_o;
