v4 is not public, yet. There is still a lot of things that need to be fixed/added to it. Luckily, I'm a tester
, so I get to use it early. A feature that it has is a global playerlist, in which you can speak to others that are in a different server then you (only classic/hosted/gold/graal 3d tab servers).
