As far as I'm aware, the only practical use of such a team is to discuss who had which graphics first. That is a minor job, and a entire team to debate on such would be just too stupid. Leave that to the Playerworld Admin Team.
My opinion on Globals is that they are currently doing a rather bad job. Graphics team is unneccessary. Playerworld Admins should do that task.
