ok so it would be something like this?....

effect: slows enemy down (as much as goonadier) and makes them lose 2 hp per step (effect wears off after 45 sec.)

speed: 8 tiles/sec

effect: kills enemy in one shot

and the max ammo that this can hold will be 35 shots......

does anyone like this idea?
