It sounds more like a bad connection, I notice that when I am downloading things, clients cannot connect to my Teamspeak server, this might be something related to your problem. I would guess that if you are on dialup you can try a few different modem settings.. or simply reinstall the modem entirely.. sometimes this works with ethernet cards too. |
