The way I see it, 90% of the servers are using a body where two little balls are haphazardly swinging below a chubby little torso, with an oversized head. The reason we aren't critical of it is because we don't pay attention to it. People now are so used to fluid movements and don't look back on the old days where games had two different walking sprites. These actually have the same amount as the classic body. These bods were made for the sole purpose of custom looks, and to go back now would require revamping the hundreds of clothes sprites. It can be done, but only if it really matters.
