Ah, so you were there in the amateur phase. Presumably they had truncated their goals somewhat to compensate for lack of talent.
While
I was there, we discussed detailed statistics, new combat systems, wide ranges of items, dynamic quests, diverse monsters, storylines, intelligent NPCs, magic, numerous races, vehicles, equivalents of GK's kingdoms, etc.
All of which seems antithetical to Konidias' keep-it-simple credos.
