A Heraldic Pirate eh? I guess it doesn't really betray the Pirate look, but you might want to re-think the fact that the Herald's would be
part of the actual Pirate ministry, seeing as to how they would be either hired, slaves, or ceasing power over the Pirate Lord (Mayor, w/e).
I think it sounds nice, would add KILLER RP if CP knew anything about that -- not counting you Rae Rae
